well suiton is one of the basic five elements and is very flexible and versatile it can be used for offence as well as defence it is strong against fire and weak against lightning it is very versatile as i said so we can shape manipulate it into many shape and size ..and is preety powerfull also

*i focus on my newly found chakra and start to make it denser and stronger and cocentrating on it i release it making some small tolls and bulleets to fight with*
Pros- Is good againd fire tech and uses less chakra can be used both for attack and defence
Cons- not much impact on opponent and require to concentrate on the shape of attack example shield
Possible way- to block against fire attack and to attack when within the rage and use as a combo with lightning

Good , but being strong against fire techs is common with water techs . So you don't need to mention that .

pros- is very efficient for silent killing can be used even to blind the opponent with a combo of other jutsu(not remembering the name and) it also requires less chakra
possible way- while fighting taking opponent by suprise just like zabuza
coms - if fighting a byakugan user like u is of no use as they can see through it can be cleared by strong gust of wind

*i walk near a lake and start to focus on my newly found chakra and start to make it denser and stronger and cocentrating on it i insert my hand in water and release the chakra and using shape manipulation i shape it like a sword and make it as sharp as possible*
pros-very useful for close combat fight and is sharp and is use against weapons which posses fire prop.
Cons- if electric jutsu is struck to it will be very dangerous as it will conduct electricity and will effect us with more power
possible way- while fighting taking it in possesion help in attack as it will slash and cut through strong things.

pros-very effective when fighting on water or near a source mainly on the water as it will fast and more dangerous there
cons-is of no use if there is no water or less water source

It won't move any faster with a water source , cause it can only be performed near one ~_~ . Even with a smaller water source , it'll still be equally fast .

*I start to focus on my chakra and start to make it denser and stronger and cocentrating on it I do the following hand seals Rat β Dog β Ox and release my chakra and use shape manipulation t turn it into a whip and use it to slash through a tree and then following the same action i bind the tree ( for practicing) *
pros- very useful as it can bind many victims at a time and u can also damage them with help of lightning and it can even attack itself also
cons - while in possession its dangerous if the opponent uses lightning attacks plus its not all that strong a taijutsu specialist can be get free from it easily
