But since I made the large water wall, I can at least make a medium-sized Cephissus xd

*I merge with the water before you try to send the lightning through my backside and appear behind you quickly, in non-water form so that you cannot use the lightning too shock me, and I place a seal on your back (you can't stop this since you just tried to send the lightning into my backside and you don't know where I am when I'm merged with the water)

Since the seal is on you, this jutsu immediately goes into effect.
