1)You have to incrise the heat(?) of chakra and to be in a place qwith Oxygen (O2)
2)Fire jutsu's are great for attacking,offensive moves
3)Everyone from Uchiha Clan can use Fire Nature,and another one,non-Uchiha,is Jiraya...
4)The weather should be windy,in order to be the fire greater,and if it is rainy it makes fire weaker...
