[Suggestion] Rogue Ninja Banner?

In order for a banner to be made, you have to have a user group to join, in other words, be apart of a group. Normal usergroups are Member, Moderator, Global Mod, Admin, and Premium usergroups. In the Ninja World, you can join other permission groups to obtain new banners, the villages and Akatsuki. In order to have a rogue banner, you would have to create a "rogue" user group. This would mean that you would need to join a usergroup for this. Someone would have to be the "leader" of this usergroup and approve/decline applications. The issue with this is who leads it? Say I lead it. Anyone can be a rogue at any time, as long as you arent in a village. It'd have the potential to constantly change, someone joins a village, leaves, joins another, leaves etc - it'd require approving and removing them multiple times. Also, by default, being in a usergroup would mean that you aren't technically a rogue.

You are assigned to the group for leaving/being kicked out of your village for a set period of time, and are at the mercy of being hunted by the villages and their members/usergroups. With potential rewards for defeating rogue nin.

Totally understand what you are saying though, just merely exploring the possibility.

I Consider that a [user] without a village is more-or-so a wandering ninja in the NB, I'd say that this group is for rogues would be for trouble makers that do it with no reason (coordinated or not, unlike the akatsuki that collects bujiis etc). After all, a rougue is a "type of a coward villain, ex kabuto" would be in that group...for that group would serve as placement in category...^^

Is there not a way, you can make a user group that is open and can be freely joined at any time?

If it's solely cosmetic, then there isn't a real need to create an entire user group just for a banner. I understand the want for a banner, but it wouldn't work out for the NW, due to the near constant changes in membership. If just for the banner, then perhaps someone could have a scratched headband out lol ( + you'd have to decide on what village symbol is used for the usergroup and other stuff lol )

That I see not applicable, due to the fact a rogue is anonymous and doesn't reside with another or this could be my opinion.

You dont see what as applicable? The only thing I said that could be applied is making a banner and editing it into your avatar....which can certainly be done.

True, I miss read it. Though I did comment on why it would be in use:

True, I miss read it. Though I did comment on why it would be in use:

In that case, you are just making an unnecessary distinction. Rogues are missing ninja by default, and missing ninja are rogues by default. A rogue ninja is a ninja who has defected from his village, which in the manga, wasn't something that was allowed, hence the groups of hunter ninja who tracked rogues down. In order to be a rogue, you have to be a missing ninja, and vice versa as they are one in the same.
