Rogue has medium length black, spiky Hair which he wears in a ponytail, with the from obscuring his left eye. He has red eyes that are slit similar to a snakes or Orochimaru's and bares a small scar across his nose. Rogue wears a long, black cape reaching down to his feet, with golden edges, a much lighter collar circling his neck, and a prominent, white ribbon hanging down on his chest. Such cape bears a light dragon symbol on it, almost in correspondence to Rogue's left shoulder. Below it, Rogue seems to wear a plain gray shirt with prominent brown cuffs and what looks like a large metal band circling each of his biceps. From a light sash circling his waist hangs a distinctive, pale blue cloth waistguard, consisting of four long pieces of cloth reaching down below his knees. Each of these pieces is adorned by a large, dark cross with fan-shaped arms. Below such waistguard, Rogue wears a pair of armored boots, which, on the front, bear plates bearing the very same motif which appears on the waistguard

Rogue is often quiet and doesn't act on impulse. He is a natural born genius, capable of processing things in his mind almost instantly and never hesitates. Although he is an intellect, Rogue is fueled by his desire to fight, his one true incentive and love. Although he was part of a corrupt organization for a period, he despises ruthless law-breakers and will go out of his way to kill them. When in a serious conflict, Rogue always finishes his opponent. Killing is after all, his one true love.

歴史|History

As a child Rogue was a very popular little shinobi, even getting praise comparable to that of itachi when he was young. He always spoke out of turn around ppl which earned him a bad reputation within the academy. While growing up his parents spoiled him with any and everything he wanted because they were both leaders of entire countries and had power over alot of things but as far as he can remember he never had a parent like figure to teach him right or wrong until taken under the wing of a certain "person", Skiadrum...

They met on the outskirts of Konoha when Rogue was only around the age of 10 and had just left. At the time of them meeting Rogue had just ran away from home to find out what the world outside of his riches was like; he wanted to be a shinobi. He wanted to experience things. Skiadrum decided he should take him under his wing and teach him the ways of the shinobi after sensing the strength of his chakra. Once they got back to a secret hideout of his, Rogue was told about him being accepted as the old man's student and they trained in secrecy for years. Now Rogue has been set free into the world, to find other "Dragon Slayers" as himself.

Weapons,Tools & Summoning Tattoos

Being a skilled Shinobi, Rogue carries a vast assortment of tools. He carries the usual kunai and Shuriken which he has placed 5 senses disorder tags on, while also carrying numerous smoke bomb pellets, flash bombs, explosive tags and ninja wire. Being a signer of the rare Leech Summonings, Rogue had placed a Leech tattoo on the back of both of his hands, using them for quick access to his summoning techniques. Other than the basic ninja tools, he carries his very own custom Gunbai, allowing him to perform wind techniques at a greater scale of skill than usual.

Kyojin Gunbai no Kaze Kami: Jurōjin | Giant War Fan of the Wind God: Jurōjin

Description: Jurōjin is a Giant non-folding war fan (Gunbai) about 3/4 the height of the wielder and almost of their width, with the pole being twice that length. It is made of a special strong steel that resonates with only wind chakra which allows the user to expand/shorten the size of the fan blades and increase the range of Wind techniques that require a fan. When wind chakra is channeled into it, the size of the fan blades increases about double their size. When in Expanded Mode, the range of all Fan Jutsu is increased by one, damage is increased, and lasts for 4 turns. Because of the size of the expanded fan the wielder cannot perform any jutsu that require handseals because both hands are required to hold the immense fan, though this is only applicable in expanded form . To decrease the size of the fan the wielder must channel chakra into it again. Also because of the scope of the weapon when in Expanded Mode, it is able to block projectiles, paper bombs, and normal, weapon attacks such as sword slashes.

~Increasing/Decreasing the size of the fan counts as a move
~Can only be wielded by Koto or those with his express permission
~If anyone other than those with permission wields the fan their chakra is drained and receive severe cuts around their body. (-30 Chakra/A-rank cutting damage)
~Because of the scope of the weapons abilities, the user must be of Sannin Rank and above
