Oro still wants Sasukes body so i don't see him putting Sasuke at any risk before he completes his plan. however it is very likely that the 2nd knows how to release himself from the control of Edo Tensei. Which I hope happens, which in any case results in Sasuke getting rag dolled. ROFL

Orochimaru only gave them freedom of talking not action like how Kabuto gave to Madara. If Oro lets them

2. Sasuke may claim that he doesn't care about the tone Tobirama took, but I think he's offended secretly by the stuff that Tobirama said about the Uchiha so I suppose Sasuke is death glaring him.
