we all remember when naruto reached his high peek with pein and kishi pulled a minato on him.

kishi is going to do the same thing with sasuke. Itachi probably implented sasuke'S dad and Mom's chakra sort of how minato did in naruto in to sasuke so fugaku can speak to him.

itachi probably did it when he tapped sasuke'S forehead before he died he put some of his parents chakra into him.idk how tho.​
