No. She is related directly to Sakura's chakra reserves. She was able to stay even after Gama and Aoda returned and only vanished when the god tree sucked her and Sakura's chakra.

She can regenerate considering Tsunade took 3 Yasaka Magatama head on and she regenerated using the same technique and considering Madara was able to survive the Bijuu's attacks using the very same ability.

Not to mention Lee has never shown the ability to do that. He is too weak to punch a hole in someone's head. Not even Sakura's punch was able to completely pierce the Juubi fodder's body.

I would but I cant even find a scan of her fighting, except for that one time where she spewed acid on manda..... which was easily dodged.....
