Rock Lee's Speed

According to the databooks, Rock Lee's speed is around a 4.5. But then during the war arc, Lee has demonstrated that he was fast enough to intercept Haku and keep up with Guy at the same time.

So as of now, is Rock Lee's speed still a 4.5 or has it finally gone up to 5?

It's definitely a 5.

That 4.5 speed databook stat was accurate up to the Sasuke vs Itachi arc and that was long ago.

Haku only has a 4 in speed, Lee still has a 4.5 in speed

That would make:
-Gai 5.5 or 6
-Obito 6.5
-Minato 6.5
-Naruto 6 or 6.5

If we are sticking with a 1-5 scale then Lee stays at 4.5

He is obviously a 5 now.^^ base Naruto isn't faster than Lee and Obito's pure speed feats are not either. The data stats are base mode only on a scale to .5-5

Rock Lee is a 4.5 then a 5.0, or a 5.0 then 4.5. I go with 4.5 since he still doesn't look faster then how he usually move.

You make it seem like they also do nothing but train in speed, which is what only minato, gai, and rock lee do. Madara is fairly fast, but his speed feats are no greater than the faster than average ninja. The databook only shows base speed, so narutos speed will be a 3.5 at best

This is their base speed for each currently:

Minato - 5
Gai - 5
Lee - 5
Madara - 4.5
Naruto - 3.5
