i wonder how much has it improved cuz in the chunnin exams his speed without those weights he was just incredibly nd he has even grown stronger now so i wonder if his speed without those weights is even faster

he most likely has gotten faster, but still based on his feats, he is just above average with just his base speed. All the rookies have immensely improved their speed since part 1. They all can now can keep up with the average jounin, whom move this fast:

lee is most likely only much faster than his peers when he goes gates.

In addition, neji, ten ten, Gai and lee failed to subdue an armless deidara, which doesn't make lee's speed look that impressive.

Lee is probably one of the fastest ninja (base speed) in the Narutoverse probably top5 or so

Lee must have definately gotten much faster since all he does is train harder and harder every day. I believe he is one of the fastest ninja

I'm positive that Rock Lee improved over the years...how much tho is just speculation so until then haikagee's not faster than Gai, Sasuke, Killer Bee, Kyuubi Mode Naruto, 4th Raikage or Kakashi

but he's too hard a worker. Like Vegita or Goku constantly pushing himself to be the best he could be and easily in the top 10 on speed
