Rock Lee was nerfed too

In the boruto movie Lawd Sauce knew only taijutsu would work on the enemy but didn't decide to bring the best taijutsu Master to the fight. Why??

Because the movie was called "Boruto". Despite being the worst person for the job, Boruto had to do something, and if the fight was just Lee killing Momoshiki, fans would rage. Or say that was awesome, since Lee just killed Momoshiki.

Cause side characters can never take the spot light of mains in a movie. You make a point though, not even for Lee to be at the final fight but just to see more of how much better he's gotten would of been nice. Same with a couple other of the k11 as well actually

Why Lee ?? He could bring Hinata and she could one shot Momo (rikoudo kitchen jutsu) and bring peace to the world ....
As for the real answer : Sasuke and Naruto would beat Momoshiki and Kinshiki ... And Sasuke didn't expect Momo would absorb Kinshiki and eat chakra fruit .... And even then , Naruto and Sasuke could beat Momoshiki ........ So I think Sasuke brought Boroto just to tell his father : "excuse me for cheating"
