As of now, nothing in Lee's offense suggests he can take down Sōzō Saisei Tsunade. She waits for him to tire out caves his skull in with a finger flick.

Nothing is stopping Lee from decapitation, you gave him full Intel.

Tsunade takes injuries like a normal person, then she regens. She is not immune to getting slashed.

Actuall i want someone to prove me what she would do against Lee's gated speed. Katsuyu do not get summoned in 1 vs 1, even So people in gates have shown to jump high due to physical boost.

Tsunade can shrug off cement busting fireballs and smack down Susanoos while impaled. Asakujaku only managed to cause blunt force damage to a fodder with 30% kisame chakra, and Guy is a good deal stronger than Lee.

I can probably scientifically prove that Lee's recent feat of being able to intercept Madara's black spheres by throwing a kunai is physically stronger than anything Tsunade as done.
