Seriously, during the Yukimaru arc (filler) a random fodder destroyed Lee but Tenten managed to defeat a stronger version of the same fodder that attacked Lee.

How does that work? Does that mean Tenten's tools > Lee's Lotus, speed & gates?

ok... this can go either way and i ll explain both wins... lee goes six gates ftw and that is the point of win or loss... the win happens if he hits neji while his rotation is down... the loss happens if he hits neji while his rotation is up... the gates gives you such speed and power that taking a hit from it can only be done by people with huge (and i mean HUGE) stamina or a very very good defensive technique, at the same time it is also when you are at your most vulnerable (i.e. you cant take direct hits while in gate mode cause those hits hurt A LOT more than normal)... thus if he hits neji's rotation with force, that force is directed back on him and he pretty much breaks his own leg and goes into shock from the pain of the hit being forced back onto him...

5 Gates Lee is so fast that even Kakashi's sharingan couldn't track him.

Lee > Neji people say that Neji can use Rotation until Lee stops using Gates.Neji can only use rotation for at least 3 or 4 360 turns,also the time it takes for rotation to fully manifest Neji solely depends on how fast he can spin around.The time it takes for Lee to hit him in 5 Gates is much faster than any of Neji's moves.

How was part 1 Neji > part 1 Lee? Rock Lee stated that Neji was stronger then him but that only applied to base Lee. He was saving his gates mode for Neji, something Neji didn't even know Lee was capable of.

Also filler doesn't count, only what is showed in the manga. So what ever you'r referring to didn't happen.

That isn't true. Neji can use rotation for as long as he can spin and has chakra. He just keeps himself from wasting chakra because it is a very chakra taxing technique, so he only keeps it up for as long as the attack itself lasts.
