Rock Lee vs Neji

I have no idea why Neji would be made a Jounin. Sure he could have enough skill for it but c'mon Kishi, I think that Lee showed more promise at the exams, even if the gates are a double edged sword, Neji would've gotten raped by Garra much faster.

+ I don't think that Neji could handle the speed of 3 gates let alone 5. 5 is actually just overkill.

Remember, Shikamaru got promoted to chunin while the others didn't and he's not necessarily stronger than the others. I feel like Neji's Byakugan (sensory/scouting capabilities), overall intelligence, and calm mind makes him a better leader in the end.
