*I keep saying that Neji will murder Lee

They are both equally proficient in their respective taijutsu styles.

It is unknown who would win in a fight. If Neji can use his 64 palms attack on Lee before he uses the gates, then Neji could end it there. If not, then Neji will have to constantly use rotation to protect himself from Lee's onslaught of attacks and hope that he would last him out.

Those are the deciding factors in this match.

As for who would get Tenten, Neji would undoubtedly have her.

Neji is a jonin now so he could probably beat Lee. But Lee does have better taijutsu and would destroy Neji in the 5 gates mode. I think Neji is more likely to be with Tenten, cuz Lee doesn't seem to care for her that way
