Lee takes this mid low-difficulty, he'll have no problem closing the distance with his speed and Kankuro is screwed the very instant Lee is within distance to start landing hits. And assuming Lee uses the 8 gates, there will be absolutely no competition between the two.

How can Kankuro win? Having Sasori's puppet does nothing for him, but gives him a little more advanced weapons, Lee should instantly kill him with speed (if he wasn't so nice).
