I'd go with Kakazu. 6 Gates will push him pretty far but in my opinion it's nothing he can't handle. And sure he could use domu regularly the same amount he did in the Kakashi fight anyway, that's fair.

The kunai used in gates state must pack some crazy momentum though, i think it has a solid potential of piercing Domu.

Oh yeah for sure if Kakazu was waiting it out Lee could pierce it, but just in hand to hand combat or to block something like Leaf Hurricane, it's a good defense mechanism. Lee has to properly go for a piercing attack and build up that momentum to pierce it, and even then couldn't the kunai just shatter?

He'll probably destroy a fair few of the hearts but Kakazu's durability means he outlasts Lee whilst he destroys all his muscles.

That was guy's 8 gate speed. It is ought to have way more power and speed than 6th gate lee. And we don't know how long lee can keep the gates until he's fatigued but I doubt it'll be enough to kill all the 5 masks. But yes, it can probably shatter domu. I say in a very good day, rock lee might be able to
Kill 3 masks.

I was referring to Lee not Gai in that page.

He can hold gates for a decent while, considering he jumped in battlefield with gates open at 667, and can still effectively use them. Several minutes have been passed and he seems still fine, it would take a second to kill a mask, seconds to kill multiple ones.

Kakuzu takes this mid-high diff. I don't see a mere kunai piercing through Domu; it took Kakashi's lightning infused jutsu to destroy it. Earth is weak to lightning.
HOWEVER.
Seeing as Intel is full, Lee does have a fighting chance in this he he somehow eliminates Domu. He has the sixth gate..I don't know if he subsequently has automatic access to Asakujaku, but if he does Lee takes this high diff.

Even Chouji was able to react in surprise to Gian before Kakashi cut in, Lee should have no problem with it. In fact, I think the only offensive tech that would trouble Lee would be Zukkoku. Don't see Atsugai being of much use here, but then again there are always Kakuzu's threads. I'm leaning towards Kakuzu in this match up, but it could go either wasy TBH.

No he won't use teleportation kunai XD
He Will use an everyday kunai like all ninja have in their pouches to attack masks.

If he has Asukujaku he's at High Jounin-Low Kage level, leaning towards Low Kage.

OT: Kakuzu mid difficulty. Zexion will solo this thread soon. Lee is at best as powerful as early Shippuden Gai who was early Shippuden Kakashi's equal who was inferior to Kakuzu. I believe that domu can tank Lee's attacks long enough for Kakuzu to outlast him. Internal damage won't work because Kakuzu's body is made out of threads which will soften the blows. Hearts aren't getting taken out by kunais if they are inside Kakuzu's body or if they use their elemental jutsus to repel them. Not to mention that hearts primarily consist of threads so kunais will faze through doing nothing. Kakuzu's elemental jutsus will force Lee to evade which will only serve to exhaust his chakra reserves. If Lee strikes Kakuzu head on, Kakuzu's can grasp him with threads and rip out his heart.

Strongest person Lee can beat is probably Mifune, Hiashi or Kitsuchi. I would rank him low kage level.

@Ice hearts do not attack in 360 degress, with full Intel Lee can attack behind masks out of their attack range. Considering Hidan's scythe killed one of the hearts a kunai can kill them.

I am not saying Lee undoubtly wins but matchup is closer than people think. And Kakuzu>Kakashi>Gai>Lee is A>B>C logic, especially when Lee can counter Kakashi's arsenal he used against Kakuzu and might beat him.
