OT: I think Lee takes this high diff... But it can go to juugo too; the chapters in battlefield suggested that Lee can go 5 gates in movement and endure it more than he did in chuunin exams; if he can keep the power of gates longer; he can take it imo.

also sage transformation jugo might beat gate 5 lee because he did tank 2 raiton armour hits by ay who is pretty strong also if lee makes the mistake ay did a drive a punch into his chest lee might get blown away by chakra guns because he is not fast as ay(don't get me wrong lee is f.u.c.k.ing fast but not fast as ay though)

I'd have too give it too Lee.
The gates are just too OP'd for Jugo to handle at Rock lee's level of taijutsu, + if It's the intent too kill. he'd hold nothing back.

Jugo has this because his main attack would put Lee to sleep. This killed the match up before because Jugo is strong himself.

Here is what will happen when lee goes up to his highest we seen so far like 5 gate. It is still similar to just Raikage regular mode but not as strong as Raikage.

Raikage fights Jugo here where he out powers Jugo who is known to be strong then look what happens at 1:38 not saying Lee could even get to outpowering Jugo other mode but if he get close.

Jugo is pretty fast on the block and many other fights he has quick reflexes but Lee basically can't handle the cannon.
