Jugo kinda easily, if he goes to that crazy form he went in the kage summit he can defeat lee very easily, I think if lee open the gates he will give jugo a hard time but jugo would survive that.

Well i voted Rock Lee, but Jugo's killing intent is very dangerous, Rock Lee hasn't been shown opening the eight gates(from 6) so i think he stands a chance of winning. he is too fast for Jugo.

Jugo barely wins just because of his bulk and ability to take hits, lee could possible win if Jugo gets immobilized.

jugo my boy because if he fully transforms, Jūgo gains a massive power boost, but loses his mind to his murderous side. His voice also changes. As with all cursed seal transformations, Jūgo's skin turns dark, with black sclera in the eyes and a black stripe running from the middle of his forehead and down the bridge of his nose. In his level 2 form, Jūgo is also very resilient, as he took a punch from the Fourth Raikage right through the arm and chest and managed to retaliate with ease. Jugo wins he master the curse seal and rock lee not even at j level yet.

Jugo will use his curse mark to own lee initially, then he takes off his weight and becomes really fast, then jugo goes lvl 2 and owns him once again, then lee does the gates and starts owning jugo but with his curse mark, he´ll survive long enough for the gates to wear off and lee becomes weak and doesn´t have the strength to do anything more and jugo is a bloody mess but he hasn´t lost yet.

It´s a tie.
