It was a joke picture to show how people end up against Gates in general christ what a literal guy u_u

Minato and Tobirama are using a jutsu, that's not their actual bodies physically propelling them is it, therefore Lee can pretty much move faster than any natural human. It's not comparable to the base sharingan's abilities.
