Im asuming only taijutsu with no weapons which sasuke still wins. He was already equal with lee in the CE , after taking multiple pills to enhance his speed am pretty sure he should be faster than base lee meaning the sharingan cake walks him like he did in SD Lee spin off.

Edit: If no sharingan , tools or sword then lee wins this mid diff
