part 1 rock lee pre chunin exams with with ease haku was caught with sasuke with a 1 tomoe that sauske with 2 tomoe was owned by rock lee with ease

lee wins low diff

I know about Haku's abilities, you said Haku can GG him with acupuncture. How does that happen? And Lee's unweighted speed in base > Haku's speed in base. Lee can possibly blitz him before mirrors go up. I'm willing to debate this if it's fine with you.

Sasuke himself said that Haku was slowing down because of the loss of chakra and that's why he was able to track him. Haku didn't want to kill either of the 2 and that was the reason he was holding back his true abilities...

That acupuncture thing will only work if he surprise-attacks Lee without him sensing Haku beforehand. (Haku was an assassin after all)
But if it turns out to be an ordinary vs match, then things will go differently. Yes unweighted Lee's speed surely is better than Haku's in base, but things change once he activates the mirrors. I don't think he won't get the time to form the hand seals for his secret jutsu as he was shown to be extremely fast in forming the seals even with just one hand.
Once in mirrors, Haku has to instantly target Lee's vital organs shutting them down with the full speed, not giving Lee enough time to react and that's it. If Lee gets time to open the gates then he can simply overpower Haku's mirrors, just like Kyuubi Naruto did.

What true abilities? You honestly believe Haku's prime is all that much different from what he showed? I'm pretty sure Haku was going full-out when Naruto awakened the Kyuubi, and we saw how that went.

He was totally worn out. Having almost no chakra reserves left from holding the mirrors for so long.
That Mirror technique was created for an instant assassination. He erects the mirrors

Lee won't be able to sense him nor track him. His best option is to open the gates and overpower Haku's mirrors with sheer raw power... if Haku ends things before gates, then he can win...

OT: Dunno why whether wanting to kill Sasuke or not make things So much different for Haku.

I don't recall Lee wanting to kill Sasuke. In fact, he was quite chill and never saw him as a threat in the entire battle, but Haku did at some point. And unlike Haku, he was successful on his all attacks. Haku still had an intent to fight, and at some point Sasuke could evade him (Haku admitted):

He could evade Gaara's sand attacks (which blocked weapon Based attacks) on foot:

I know how Demonic Ice Mirrors works. I also know that Lee literally kicked Haku while in the mirrors, so he's not invincible. If Lee manages to even land a hit while Haku is flying towards him, I don't see how Haku's tanking it without losing momentum. Haku won't be able to end it before Lee takes off his weights, and when that happens it's GG.

Sasuke kicked the worn out and exhausted Haku. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Haku's movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.

kicked Haku, not Sasuke. Compared to Sasuke, in fact, Lee can tank that technique for a while. Lee is physically stronger; the dude stood against Kimmimaro when he was borderline injured. He had literally broken out of the hospital following having his bones broken, and still withstood a character who is undoubtedly stronger than Haku. As you said, the technique drains Haku's chakra quickly. At some point Haku is going to tire, probably before Lee.

That time when Lee and Guy kicked him, Haku wasn't moving from one mirror to another. He can achieve his full speed only when he's moving from one to another of his mirrors, just like here: [

About durability, Haku could have hit Sasuke's heart or throat with his Senbon with the very first attack, but he didn't. I'm saying this again: All of the things I said apply to cold-hearted Haku, with the sole intention to annihilate his enemy as fast as he can.

Current part 2 Lee can beat Haku

Genin lee would lose, Haku is a jonin at that point.

It's like matching up base kabuto to lee
