Rock Lee: Powerful taijutsu and chakra gates.
Choji: Expansion Jutsu and giant butterfly mode.
Who would win? In my opinion Rock Lee would take this because even though Choji in giant butterfly mode is so strong, Lee with his chakra gates would just speed blitz him, making hard for Choji took actually hit him, and because the chakra gates increases Lee's strength beyond his own physical limits he could actually do some damage to giant butterfly Choji.
