I don't want to say it, but Rock Lee should be able to win

Rock Lee's Taijutsu > Asuma's and for more power Lee just needs to use gates

I will give it to Rock Lee; (he is almost featless in part 2 but i guess he improved); i do not see Asuma can deflect or counter gates. High diff.

Basically once Lee goes Gates he's unstoppable so Lee mid-diff.
