Rock Lee origin

I heavily believed that Rock Lee's origin is out from Konoha, or out from Japan itself. First, look at his name Rock LEE, where seldoms Japanese people gives their sons or daughter the name of LEE, and the usual descendant from China or Taiwan uses that name. Second, he activates his Drunken Style Boxing in anime series when he accidentally drunk and as we all know, the style of that jutsu didnt came from any japanese style of martial art which consist more straight forward movement such as karate, taekwondo or judo. I think he's from China whose parents leaves him in Konoha. Can anyone had any other thoughts?

Both Lees are great at martial arts/taijutsu
They both have LEE as their second name(obviously)
