Not really. He would probably just be lying down somewhere in a really happy state (euphoria). He should try methamphetamine (that stimulates the flight or fight response in humans).

I agree heroin or any opiate would be undesirable for Lee. Methamphetamine or just Amphetamine (Speed) would be the best substance for his style. He could fight for days with maximum energy levels and processing speed, in fact amphetamines have been distributed to soldiers on the front lines IRL so they can fight without food, sleep, etc for long periods of time. Crack wouldn't make much sense, and was probably suggested because of the cultural convention of saying someone is "on crack" when they are very hyper and erratic.
