First off, I am a massive Lee fan, I can't believe such a major player in part 1 with all this potential has done nothing since the Sasuke retrieval arc- I couldn't help but watch the latest Rock Lee spin-off episode yesterday and just think how much simpler and more fun to watch it was. It's funny, heart-warming, you get to see everyone, inspirational and awesome. Something I think Shippuden has been lacking a lot of recently.

I don't want to sound like a total b*tch but i'm seriously preferring the spin-off to the actual show/manga recently? Shippuden is amazing as ever of course but I really just feel like the spotlight is only focusing on the powerhouses and it's just power-up after power-up after power-up with these characters now.

Rock Lee is fun to watch, theres no Itachis or kamuis or bijuu modes- it's pure, oldschool Naruto entertainment and I just wish Shippuden had more of these elements nowadays. It's just i'm watching a show about a boy in green latex and enormous eyebrows running around and it's more dramatic and engaging than a war, just saying. You don't have to agree with me but anybody feel the same? or want more out of Naruto than just tanks fighting other tanks? (iloveshippudendonthurtme)

good opinion but what I mean is that the comedy show is seeming more dramatic and involving than the actually 'dramatic' and action packed fight show.

I never miss an episode, however they are two totally different things, Rock Lee and his Ninja pals is just a laugh where as sadly Lee is a side character in the epic plot of Shippuden.


Neji is f**king awesome with all his cross dressing though.

Thats CRAZY and here we are in Shippuden where Naruto is best friends with his demon fox and is now fighting a dead man and that one dead wimpy Uchiha kid who cried a lot.

Theres 26 episodes so far and the show is AMAZING. (I think this is a good one to start on)
