Rock lee. Really awesome guy when he first show up in Naruto. At first you don't know to much about the guy but all he wanted to do was fight Sasuke Uchiha. A creepy guy at first glance and his love for Sakura was even more disturbing. But as the story goes along he turned out to be a really talented guy and almost beat Sasuke if his teacher had not interfered. You gotta love those eyebrows and eyelashes, one of his most prominent features!*
His focus and determination to be the best ninja he can be was all inspiring to me as a kid. This guy really loved what he did and wanted to show the whole world that he can be a splendid ninja, even if he did not know ninjustu or genjutsu! What *statement guys! And I'm sure you can agree that with all the struggles he had, he still made it up top. I think he was the only person that trained so hard for this and it was sad to see him not win with his fight vs Garra. At that moment everything just tore me apart. Seeing his past life. The emotions. Confusion. And the relenting taunts he been receiving. And what touched me the most was his teacher came and said he was a true genies through sheer effort. At first Lee did not believe what he said, and he cried sayingthat everything he was doing**pointless and that he's a loser and will always be a loser. His teacher agree saying "your right, it is all pointless...if you don't believe in yourself. And that bond was in place for those two to train to help Lee become the best ninja he can be!
What really turned everything around was his ability to open the gateway. That fight there was just amazing. He promised under the guidance of his teacher to use this to protect and maintain his ninja way. And after that all hell broke lose and just his sheer effort even impressed Kakashi himself. As he was gonna finsh Garra off with his final blow he looked at Neji saying he was saving the ace in the hole for you see what you have to look forward too. And after all that. Even getting his arms and legs broken. He gets up and shows the world what he's got. nd don't make me mention he was unconscious! Awesome battle! Really hyped.
His *injuries were really severe. And the amount of damage done to his leg and arm has been so much damaged that he was never to become a shinobi again. That heart broken him. Knowing that his dreams are crushed. He had a chance to make everything better at the cost of his life. He has the most heart wrenching points in his life. Really you just feel bad for the guy. Why is he the only one suffering? Honestly! And the bond between him and his teacher basically pulled him together. And the best part of what his teacher said was that of anything should go wrong that he would die right next to him. You got to agree. Kishi made an excellent development with Rock Lee!*
Now he plays an important part in this war. We don't get to see him to often as we should but we know that he's gonna do great things. You never know. Anyway I'm done ranting.
