From the meteorite destruction it is safe to assume that Lee is the only Rookie able to keep up on the power scale with Naruto and Sasuke.

we have to see the movie first...one of the plot summaries says lee had some people with him when that meteor was destroyed...also that the one Sasuke destroyed was bigger.

I haven't see the entire thing but the images are clear. It doesn't matter that Sasuke was able to destroy something bigger. Fact that Lee is also on that meteorite busting level without any power up or borrowed powers in itself is pretty impressive. Wouldn't you agree?
