Don't forget that just to open 5gates, Lee had side effects so bad he could not even stand up on his own. 7gates could destroy himself in an instant so far we know. Even if you give him 7gates, Gai is more experimented with it and has more control(he can control gates even during a long fight in the contrary of Lee), so even with Nejis help, i see Gai winning, mid difficulty
