IMO:

Rock Lee w/Gates > Haku
Gai w/Gates = Kisame w/Samehada
Kakashi > Zabuza

Haku would lose to Rock Lee.
Guy might kill Kisame but only in 8th Gate.
Kakashi can then kill Zabuza.
Therefore overall Team Kakashi would come out on top.

Man, Haku and Zabuza were something in part 1, now they are sh*t, they would get demolished in the beginning by Kakashi with MS and Rock Lee with gates. Mighty Stupid Looking Guy can beat Kisame of course as seen in the Manga.
