Alright then. I just hope it doesn't come to that..
Noctis closes his eyes again to be able to fully concentrate on his own being and the nature with all it's energy streaming around him. This time the questions are how am I going to draw in that nature energy? And how will I balance it? Noctis sits still, just thinking for a while as his thoughts are swirling through his head.
(How will I be able to absorb natural energy from this flow? How am I meant to do that? I can feel it but not move it.. It's like chakra of an opponent, one could be able to feel it...... but not move it, because it is not yours.. Unless... Unless you somehow are enabled to absorb their chakra. Yes, yes that is it. Like with that ninjutsu technique.. What was it again? It was a dome! Yes, that is what I will try!)
Suddenly Noctis notices he is breathing more heavily again of excitement. He goes back to concentrating so that he will find his balance and complete stillness again. After a few minutes he is back in the state he was before, completely still and in an utmost balance, nothing that can get him out of it now, unless himself. He concentrates fully on the nature around him again.
After he is completely able to feel everything around him again, every single living creature and every bit of energy that is in his living surroundings, he starts making preparations for the hardest part of training so far. The stream of energy he can feel is overwhelming. The power seems to radiate from the nature itself, with a power that normally would send a shiver down his spine.
After a while, Noctis is accustomed again to the power and force of the nature and not slightly overwhelmed anymore of the immense amount of power that it actually consists. He tries to do exactly the same as he would with the ninjutsu he thought of before. Drawing in the power of your opponent and absorbing it, so you can use it as your own later. This is what he needs to do with the nature's energy as well. He begins to concentrate on his own chakra first, feeling a certain kind of flow which he can control. He matches it to the flow he can control to see the difference and how to affect it. Then he starts concentrating on the flow that is not his, the immense power of the nature. He starts to manipulate his own chakra to try to draw in the nature chakra, slowly and steadily trying to 'pull' the flow of the nature towards him. Nature has enough power to lose a bit of it to me. In the end, when one dies, they get consumed by the nature, so one day I will give back all I took. Slowly, bit by bit, he tries to pull the energy closer towards himself, absorbing it.
As he finally starts to get the hang of it after a few hours of trying to absorb the energy, he starts to feel an immense power in his body that makes his own chakra feel far more little. It starts to become a little too heavy and he suddenly remembers he needs to balance his powers as well the nature energy, his spiritual and physical powers need to be in an 1:1:1 ratio. He divides his concentration in three, focusing his spiritual and physical powers more, spiking them slightly as he draws in less nature chakra. Now his spiritual and physical powers are too much. As he turns it around again, it is the other way around and the nature chakra takes over. He quickly reverses, remembering it might harm him if he doesn't. Concentration for a few minutes, just realising what is happening here, then he picks it back up. Trying to divide his concentration to three equals as he starts to draw the nature energy back in, then he focuses on his own powers, spiking both physical and spiritual. Adding some more natural energy, and evening it out.
After a while, he is able to even all out to a perfect balance. He needed to spike both physical and spiritual energies to a hight that met the hight of the spikes of the natural energy, balancing them all out to a peaceful harmonic mass of power.

Still using the chakra previously obtained from his surroundings, Noctis slowly but surely starts using the chakra like he would with his own. As he feels like he can use it again, Noctis focuses the nature chakra and sends it into the ground via his hands as he slowly puts them onto the ground to keep his balance. Once in the ground, the chakra is ready to be used for the purpose given to it by Orochimaru. He keeps focusing it like his own and force the ground to move slightly. Bit by bit he is able to move it a bit further. As soon as he is able to move it quite a bit, he tries to make an attacking movement in the earth, failing at first, but quickly makes it seem like more of an attack. He sends a wave of earth towards a tree, looking proud at this result of a small wave. Then, by sending more nature chakra into the ground and focusing it, he raises the earth like a small wall or rampart, this being the defensive move he makes of it. When the opponent would attack, he would be able to raise the earth to block the attack or make it harder for the opponent to actually attack. His eyes sparkle at the result and he turns his attention to Orochimaru again.

Noctis takes out two kunais and looks at them for a second, taking the picture of the two kunais up in his mind. He focuses on his surroundings again as he got the picture and draws in the natural energy from the world around him, a bit more, and more until he gathered as much as he needed for the ground to move. The kunais being steel means it might take some more effort to bend them, however the ground required much natural energy due to being a big surface. As he gathered up enough natural energy, he balances it out with his own physical and mental energies. In this perfect balance he starts focusing on the kunais in his hands. After a while focusing he starts using the chakra as if it were purely his own, on the kunai. At first nothing happens, but then slowly one kunai starts bending, and thereafter the other. As this now works, Noctis knows what to do and bends the kunais in a knot. When he is done he throws it up in the air and catches it again a couple of times, amazed by the things he is able to do with this power.

Since it can be used to quickly change something in inanimate objects it is easy to use as attack. You can for example create a spike in the ground that shoots upwards from the ground very quickly or create a huge gap in the ground where the opponent will fall in. This can be done with all non-living objects as stone, earth, water, ice, etc.

As stated in the jutsu itself, you would need intense heat to cancel this jutsu, therefore an example of something to counter with would be:

A combination that I thought of would be trapping the opponent in a dome and then changing the inside of the dome into huge spikes that will emerge from every possible angle. With no way to escape, the opponent would be pierced several times and bleed to death.

There are a lot of advantages and only little disadvantages for this jutsu.
Advantages would be: You can manipulate a lot of different objects and surfaces. The technique is really fast, faster than for example an earth jutsu would be. It is usable in almost unlimited amount of different ways.
Disadvantages would be: The effect does not stay for longer than two turns. It is (semi-)easily stoppable.
