[Discussion] Rocinante's awesomeness and rank among Doflamingo Family.

Well I just watched the last 2 episodes of Onepiece anime and I'm surprised by how tanky was Rocinante. He overall tanked couple of gun shots, Vergo's Haki blows, couple of Doffy Family members' attacks, Doflamingo's gun shots (I'm aware some of those attacks are fillers); He was really portrayed better than most of the Doffy Family back then.

At that time, most of the members where using guns most of the time and Rocinante was dodging it pretty well even on his terrible injured condition. He also has amazing infiltration skills with his mute DF. He also has a really strong Will (and PiS) and had a really nice try soloing the whole island but he got bested by Luck.

Anyways he gets 10/10 in anime just like he did in manga; easily best new character of Dressrosa and the whole Post timeskip, ofcourse tied with Bart.

Now I'm wondering. How strong would Rocinante be if he lived till the present day. He jokes around and all but he seems to be really strong or have a good potential.

Discuss his epicness.

If he lived, I am thinking he would be strong as current elite officiers, maybe even strongest out of them and just below Doflamingo himself.

He was on the heart seat which is already a top 4 position in the family. Not sure if he was doffys real #2 to the extent vergo was or if he had that position being Doffys blood brother. His DF also seems to be more suited to spying and reconnaissance than combat so there's that too. As a character he is easily one of my favourites since the timeskip and is probably one of the great tragic heroes of One Piece. I can remember feeling like someone was chopping onions when we saw his backstory.

I like his character more than his fighting ability/potential. Law was able to lift him up and throw him in a dumpster. I don't think he'd be all that powerful. His DF is interesting but he seems better for support.
