IT WAS supposed to be a simple liquor store robbery. Pull a gun on the clerk, score some cash and skarker.

Well, at least this guy got the last bit right.
The owners of a liquor shop in the US have shared security camera footage with the News Leader , showing an
attempted, but quickly aborted robbery on Sunday night.
Jon Lewis Alexander, 54, was working as a clerk in the store when a man walked in smoking a cigarette.
Alexander told the man smoking was against the rules. Then the intruder approached the counter, reached for his gun and demanded "all the (expletive) money".
The would-be robber didn't realise Alexander was a 30-year military man and a veteran of four tours in Iraq. He was also a former prison guard and private investigator.
Oops.
Alexander reacted quickly, pushing the intruder's gun back and swinging his own handgun into the robber's face.
He then threatened to blow the man's head off. Needless to say, the robber left in a hurry.
After the incident, Alexander said he didn't fire because his "life wasn't threatened."
"If I had seen the actual barrel of the gun, I would have pulled the trigger," he said.
Alexander didn't tell his wife about the attempted robbery immediately, but she did see the video.
"It took her a while to calm down," Alexander said. "But I got all kinds of lovin' when she came home."
WoOoOoOoOo!!
