Not really. Fully body COA doesn't mean his physical strength, stamina and speed increases. All of those would remain the same and his Haki would be proportional to his strength, which is still Luffy's level.

Well, add FBH to Lucci is same as give powerful armor that can used to increase his defense & attack much stronger, but not make him slower. It doesn't matter If his stamina and speed doesn't increases, he has good stamina & speed (can catch up with G2 and lost extreme diff to Luffy), also add CoO make him can predict every attack toward him.

That's baseless, because Lucci have freaking 4000 douriki of Rokushiki. A combined attack from M3 that hardly break a Pacifista cannot break his tekkai + FBH haki. Not to mention only G2 that can catch up with Lucci's Soru, and G2 is limited back then.

No, it's not. Vergo is on a whole other level to any of the fighters Luffy faced before Sabaody. Sanji would be capable of one-shotting Lucci currently, and Vergo was portrayed to be stronger than him. Just adding Haki isn't going to boost Lucci that far.

Well since you said he has Vergo level CoA and 'high' level CoO (which I would assume is around Rayleigh level) he wins. They would never be able to touch him (and if by any chance they did it would deal insufficient damage given the full CoA coat) and it would only taken few strikes to KO them each.

When you give him that much of an advantage, he becomes less of a 'Lucci' and more of a 'Vergo with all CP9 techs'.

If they perform the same attack they all used to launch a Pacifista back, they'd definitely break his Haki. If Luffy can edge out Lucci, adding Sanji and Zoro will more than turn the tables, it'd send Lucci through it. Simply adding Haki isn't gonna be enough.

Not really. He can't defeat them by flying and running around, he's gonna have to charge at them at some point. That's when they strike him head on at once, and they'd be able to break his armor. It's gonna happen more than once, and that's all they need.

The concept added FBH to Lucci similar to added G3 to G2 Luffy. So, when Lucci can land a hit on sanji, maybe he can broke his leg. Lucci's Soru is faster than Zoro or Sanji, and Luffy's G2 is limited, Lucci can predict M3 move ... so he is hardly will fall to simple trap.

The gap between Luffy and Lucci is marginal. Even if he can go FBH, that doesn't mean his level is higher than Luffy's. Luffy would still be able to smash through it with enough blows; a combined blow would break through low-mid difficulty.

The gap between normal Lucci and normal Luffy is marginal. However haki allows you to hit immensely harder than normal and your defense is also much higher, and here Lucci was given FBH. He could tank a gear3 pistol(purposedly) after being damaged. With FBH, he shouldn't even be affected and his attacks will be much higher. He'd stomp Luffy in physical combat

Adding CoO to Lucci means no broken/fractured legs from giganto stamp and means evading more Luffy's attacks which wld mean Luffy wld try moves like ricochet n off which r fyn and dandy vs a cocky diltsz like Enel but vs a trained assassin who can now predict yo every move that's just the recipe to getting KOed to high heaven.

Then there is the real game changer CoA and honestly seeing as Lucci n Luffy were so neck and neck that adding something that boost both defense and attack for one cld really mean hell for the other. Though with Zoro and Sanji helping it wld make it hard I still give it to Lucci who wld only need to read one of them to know what they r all planning and smash their faces in with just the right move for each at the right time. With CoA Lucci's punches not only push back Luffy but do so and hurt him then concsider shigan.

With just one haki I say M3 but both I say Lucci high end of high diff.
