He's probably not even M3 level anymore. At best I would say he could give Sanji an extreme diff fight, but he's just not relevant enough to be stronger.

lol reading the first few posts gave me a good chuckle. Sanji stomps the entire CP9 in about under a minute or so (Minus Kalifa). I'd say it takes him less than 20 seconds if they are all in the same spot. It would probably take him more time lighting his cigarette.

Post TS strawhats are not even in the same league as pre. Take the pacifista for example. Pre TS it took the combined power of M3, post each of them comfortably solos it. Current sanji neg diffs pre ts lucci.

IF, Lucci is coming back, he isn't coming back without spending the past two years training, which in my opinion would put him on Zoro's level so he'd beat Sanji high diff.
