I believe it has been mentioned that the other Supernovas have faced challenges similar to Luffy's(Strawhat's) during their course. So we can assume that they've all had their difficult fights.Thus someone as close to Luffy as X-Drake can take this v_v

How so? Lucci was damaged by gear moves, with gear3 almost Ko'ing him and gear second finishing him after a long battle. It took combination attacks from the M3(as well as the entire crew) with gear3 attacks+Asura+Diable Jambe Flambage shot to damage pacifistas, something Drake could do by himself in his T-Rex form.

In base he could also easily manhandle the Pacifista in question sending him flying at a farther distance than a combination of gear second bazooka+diable jambe+santoryu pound cannon manage.

M3 level fighters were also having problems versus marine captains. Drake was already a rear admiral even before becoming pirate. And because he was in the marine for 10 years or so, he likely mastered all rokushiki techniques, so even in rokushiki techniques, Lucci shouldn't get the advantage. He also possess a rarer(and stronger) zoan devil fruit

so what if hes a rear admiral? havnt we seen vice admirals getting low diff this arc alone being a vice admiral/rear admiral isnt a strength level its a rank that can be attained through various tasks

were the 2 supernovas moving at high speed or just running toward each other

franky sent it flying further than x-drakes so does that mean franky can beat lucci

you still miss the point him being a rear admiral doesnt relate to his strength eg. the vice admiral that sabo destroyed isnt as strong as someone like garp them being the same rank doesnt mean hes as strong

recover from a speed of light kick we didnt see him recover. i guess appo recovered from it quickly as well right

luffy zoro sanji were injured from moria fight wasnt fighting to at their full potential

the pacifiista laser that couldnt pierce g3 luffys skin

Drake mid diff....Lucci was around the level slightly above of the marine commodore that attacked the SH's during ennies lobby and drake was rear admiral before he left the marines and probably trained to get stronger since defecting. Now that I think about it Drake was probably the strongest (at least top 3) pre timeskip supernova

I'd say lucci. But that's purely because I like Lucci more as a character than X-drake.

At the time of EL I say Lucci because he was as strong as Luffy and Luffy was prob in the top 2 supernkvas power wise, X Drake was probably not

Lucci showed us what he is capable of and this dude is pretty damn strong. He has insane speed comparable to gear 2nd but not that extend, he has a lot of strength and his techniques are quite good in the end he has Rokushiki and is the best user we have seen so far so that sums it up for the most part.

Drake is in his human form also quite good even though he just showed us some basic fighting abilities that are over average but when he turns into his dinosaur mode he sucks really no advantage loss of speed, dexterity, probably increasing strength but when he can't use it in a proper way it's for nothing.
