Looks: Rob Lucci is a very tall and slim, yet muscular man with arched eyebrows and a close-shaved goatee. He has shoulder length wavy hair that is sometimes tied in a ponytail. When he isn't fighting, his pet pigeon Hattori is usually perched quietly on his right shoulder. He has a tattoo of a crossed-out square on each upper arm.
He wears a large black top hat with a sepia band. Unlike many ninjas, he wears a neat black suit with the sleeves normally rolled up, with black leather shoes and a white tie and handkerchief in the breast pocket.
Personality: Lucci is cold and collected, almost never displaying any emotions. He seems to derive amusement and gratification from inflicting physical and emotional pain on others, making him a typical sadist.

Childhood
Rob was born in Kirigakure, where he was raised and lived the up to the age of 15. During that time he learned everything the Ninja Academy had to offer
Later life
Feeling the growing hunger for power, he temporarily left Kirigakure in search of more it. Along his road he met a lot of senseis who taught him many things, made many enemies and friends.
Returning to Kiri and Shinobi wars
When reached the age of 20, Rob returned to Kirigakure, which was under the command of Mizukage Alucard. He survived through both Ninja wars, without doing anything important in them both, the first war was won by kirigakure, the second one ended up in a draw between the clashing villages, he served in a team under the command of Captain Akiza as her second in command, before disappearing for a few months and then returning as if nothing has happened, where he was he does not speak of it
Keigoku:
Lucci recently discovered that he has the Kekkei Genkai of the Nekura clan, and now has set out to their headquarters in Minas Morgul, to learn how to utilize his gift.
