[Theory] Rob Lucci in the New World?

Don't know someone already post this.this is an old theory but valid till now and mind blowing.anyway here it goes =D

The first screen capture is from when Caesar Clown was demonstrating the power of Smiley, his weapon of mass destruction. The second capture is from Enies Lobby. The silhouette looks a lot like Rob Lucci with the similar the hat, the liquor and the glass. However I would find it a bit unpleasant for Oda to use Rob Lucci again since I wasn't that fond of him even though in his own way he was pretty amazing. It may be that the silhouette of Lucci is just for the "show" to show us just some new world pirates who are watching Caesar Clowns demonstration.​

If we get to see him in the new world I'll most likely have a fangasm. But all jokes aside I did think it looked a bit like rob lucci but then again it might be a coincidence.

I'm certain and adamant that it was Lucci. In the NW I think he will be a revolutionary operating in the underworld brokers to supply the revolutionary army with devil fruits and weapons. This is because Spandam and the world government turned against the ex CP9 members and therefore want their heads : they have bounties and as ex CP9 members they would know too much and have gargantuan bounties. Needing protection from Dragon.

It must b him man and to add those guys who called him master had masks on and cipher pol pple love masks so I'm sure even if he isn't with WG he still operates as he did when he was cp9(I mean he was cp9). It wld b cool if Lucci showed I mean c'mon ruokogan still gets me pumped.

He will definitely return. He was too unique not to.
He is the only real Rokushiki master we have seen to date. Plus I think that 'life return' thing will be expanded upon.
Ye, im going to say that the silhouette is probably him.

I hope it will be him, he was quite a cool character, he had a strong sense of his own (dark) justice maybe he could do something with that.
Also if it is him I hope he trained hard, his devil fruit + haki (he must have it now, it has been 2years, the strawhat did grow a lot in that time, so could he) upgrade would be awesome if u ask me

We have no idea as to how strong Lucci has become over the time skip. He doesn't seem like the type to just sit around and not improve and get stronger..

OT: I'm 100% sure that it is Lucci, and im sure most will agree. I can't wait to see him in the new world=D

You know I have no idea! I start typing and as I go along with it my mind delves deep into possibility...
I type and I go along with what I think : I guess I'm just imaginative? Oda probably has better ideas.

We can't say how strong CP0 is in fighting. In terms of status they are probably superior to admirals.
