Looks: Lucci is a very tall (about 6'2) and slim, yet muscular man with arched eyebrows and a close-shaved goatee. He has shoulder length wavy hair that is sometimes tied in a ponytail. When he is not fighting, his pet Cardinal Hattori (an average, talking cardinal with no abilities but is always with him) is usually perched quietly on his right shoulder. He has a tattoo of a crossed-out square on each upper arm, as well as five cannonball scars on his back gained from a fight against a Steel release user. His attire normally consists of a slick black suit and a special black top-hat, but of course depending on the situation he'd wear different styles of clothing.

➠ Background Information
History:
- Lucci has almost no recollection of his background before the age of thirteen. He was born into a very noble family but was soon exiled due to the circumstances of his birth. His father, the seat of the family, had an affair with a low-ranking woman which resulted in his birth. The Bastard child was born eventually and then his mother slaughtered by the father out of spite. Sparing the child's life because he sensed great power, Rob was cast out as a baby into the Kumogakure. To date, Lucci has nightmares that vaguely depict these events and awaken him with a bloodlust. And since childhood, he laid claim to seeing his mother and even speaking to her on several occasions, yet no one believed it due to not being able to witness it, if he witnessed it. Although it remains unconfirmed, it is rumored that a subordinate of Orochimaru had found Rob and raised him until he was 13. During this time, he became the owner of the Cardinal Contract and became a prodigy of Taijutsu. When he came of age, Rob turned on the man who raised him for unspoken reasons and ended his life. At the tender age of 13, Lucci slaughtered approximately 500 shinobi on the coast in the Land of Lightning. He passed out after a full days worth of bloodshed and awoke a new man. Although aware of his crimes, Lucci dedicated his life to killing ruthless criminals while also performing certain unjust actions and carrying out corruption of the organization he was a part of. He would spend the next portion of his life working for an underground organization in the Ninja World that was fueled by monetary gain only. Lucci's impulses to make up for his past constantly collide with his urge to kill and would be the demon inside of him. During his travels, he would refine himself into a superior shinobi, honing his ninja skills to become a fable of a man among young boys. While on a job, he stumbled across Amegakure, village hidden in the rain, where he would learn to harness the powers of rain. It's also later revealed that at some point in time, he was also taken in and mentored by someone of the 'House Of Katsuryoku', teaching him the ways of the clan and granting him the before mentioned ability to see and speak to spirits.

Lucci's Abilities:
Lucci is very adept in the use of the Wind release, which is his first affinity and also his signature element. Lucci is one of the most advanced Wind release user in his Generation, being able to perform every Wind related technique except for Kekkei Genkai techniques with a single and swift handseal. Lucci's second elemental affinity is the Earth release, he is also very adapt at using earth techniques at an accelerated speed. Being even on par with high level Iwagakure shinobi. Lucci has also exactly 6 swords hidden within his attire, each one are razor sharp and fully capable of conducting Wind chakra, they are comparable to Kirabi's eight blades but about 2/3 of the length. Lucci is an exceptional genjutsu user also, his skill with genjutsu is so vast that it is said to rival even those of the Uchiha's. Most of his techniques focus around Pain; primarily using pain as a medium to torture his opponent, he would torture his victims rather than having a fair fight. He also has fairly above average speed, reflexes and tracking due to his intense Taijutsu training, Kenjutsu mastery and harsh training over many styles of close combat. His tool pouch is filled with steel crafted boomerangs but with the sizes comparable to small shuriken. Each boomerang would have an explosive tag and 5 senses disorder tag placed on them, being able to be remotely activated at will.
House of Katsuryoku:
Being mentored in the ways of the House's special abilities and signing the blood oath at Mt. Katsuryoku, Lucci has opened his ability to sense Spiritual energy. This allows him to sense Genki and living souls at an extended range. He sees everyone's souls in colors, which differ from person to person, and can sense specific souls across an entire country. This in no way allows him to sense chakra, but without a doubt is a great asset to him.

Hattori is Lucci's pet cardinal which he keeps around at all times, Similar to Tsunade's pet pig. Hattori holds no special abilities, other than being able to speak the English language. He always wears accessories or clothing which matches his master, such as a red or black tie, tiny fur coats in the cold, top hats etc.
