Rob Lucci is a very tall and slim, yet muscular man with arched eyebrows and a close-shaved goatee. He has shoulder length wavy hair that is sometimes tied in a ponytail. When he is not fighting, his pet pigeon Hattori is usually perched quietly on his right shoulder. He has a tattoo of a crossed-out square on each upper arm, as well as five cannonball scars on his back gained from a fight against a Steel release user. Hisattire normally consists of a slick black suit and a special black top-hat.

Lucci is often quiet and doesn't act on impulse. He is a natural born genius, capable of processing things in his mind almost instantly and never hesitates. Although he is an intellect, Lucci is fueled by his desire to fight, his one true incentive and love. Although he was part of a corrupt organization for a period, he despises ruthless law-breakers and will go out of his way to kill them. When in a serious conflict, Rob always finishes his opponent. Killing is after all, his one true love.

✧ BACKGROUND INFORMATION ✧
✦ Rob Lucci has almost no recollection of his background before the age of thirteen. He was born into the Kaguya Clan but was soon exiled due to the circumstances of his birth. His father, the seat of the clan, had an affair with a low-ranking woman which resulted in his birth. The Bastard child was born eventually and then his mother slaughtered by the father out of spite. Sparing the child's life because he sensed great power, Rob was cast out as a baby into the Bloody Mist. To date, Lucci has nightmares that vaguely depict these events and awaken him with a bloodlust. Although it remains unconfirmed, it is rumored that a subordinate of Orochimaru had found Rob and raised him until he was 13. During this time, he became a signer of the Snake Contract and became a prodigy of Taijutsu. When he came of age, Rob turned on the man who raised him for unspoken reasons and ended his life. At the tender age of 13, Lucci slaughtered approximately 500 shinobi on the coast in the Land of Water. He passed out after a full days worth of bloodshed and awoke a new man. Although aware of his crimes, Lucci dedicated his life to killing ruthless criminals while also performing certain unjust actions and carrying out corruption of the organization he was a part of. He would spend the next portion of his life working for an underground organization in the Ninja World that was fueled by monetary gain only. Lucci's impulses to make up for his past constantly collide with his urge to kill and would be the demon inside of him. During his travels, he would refine himself into a superior shinobi, honing his Kekkei Genkai to become a fable of a man among young boys. While on a job, he stumbled across Amegakure where he would learn to harness the powers of rain.
