The reason sarada doesn't have her father around is because he is the only one capable of tracking potential threats BECAUSE he is an uchiha. While Boruto whines about his dad doing office stuff all day, and other kids whine about their dads being uncool and shit, sarada doesn't even have her dad around to know what he's like.

1. The only reason naruto learnt sage mode is because he has uzumaki level chakra which is only possible because he's kushina's son
2. The kyuubi is a free battery and source of knowledge inside him to provide power and battle tactics.
To use the sharingan's potential, the user needs to already be a ninja capable of controlling chakra to a certain level. You don't just sit on your ass all day and expect the sharingan to do all the work. If that's the case then sasuke and itachi and sarada wouldn't have to undergo training to master their dojutsu.
Point is, cry all you want. Everyone has something that others can't get. So instead of bashing others for having stuff you can't have, why not focus on using yours to its highest potential.
Naruto worked for all that. As did Salad, even if she did copy it. It still shows she has good affinity for lightening.
