[Suggestion] Roaming tailed beasts

So you know how in the manga we saw madara and obito summon kurama and hashiramas had captured several. Why don't we make it so a mod controls the tailed beasts that aren't taken by a bio and have events where they pop up in a landmark for awhile. Anyone that can defeat the tailed beast can summon it like madara did. Of course the fight would be graded like a battle test and you wouldn't be able to become its jinchuriki. This is just an idea what do you guys think?

Also this would help with the tentails jinchuriki, if someone manages to capture all 9 ( only obito and madara bios with rinnegan) can become the 10 tails jinchuriki

Albeit it might seem interesting on paper, I feel that at the current moment in time for us its completely and utterly unfeasable to do such a thing.

At certain points in time, we need to assess what can or can't be done and what does or doesn't make sense for the needs of the RP. Priorities. Atm, I feel that isn't something that addresses any current need or can't be done with success. Doesn't mean its not a good idea, just means its not really feasable at the moment.

expanding on this as while scorps said its not gonna happen in a while it is a good idea.Why not have it so that uzumaki clan bio's can capture and seal the beasts into bios? it was after all mito uzumaki who did the original sealings.
