As Vegeta comes into mid range, he see's...someone 0_0...someone whom he had an appreciation for. See when Vegeta had a streak of luck, the haters were plenty, and the Vegeta hate was at an all time high. then something happened, someone got an even better prize, the man that stood before him, drawing the heat off of himself. He was very appreciative, so in return, Vegeta wanted to give him what every true warrior really wants for christmas...why a good battle of course v_v..
So, we meet at last Mr...what's your name again? I am Vegeta Valentine of Amegakure no Sato, don't disappoint me, I will not make this easy on you...
With that Vegeta gathers his water chakra while breathing in, spewing out a dense thick mist that quickly covers the battlefield, and cuts the line of sight between the 2 warriors. As Vegeta senses the man's life force, he closes his eyes while pulling out a kunai, manipulating his chakra in the mist reflecting the natural light around them, blinding the man inside the already hard to see thru mist. Once done, Vegeta infuses the kunai with wind chakra and throws it aimed at his chest regain, then performs one seal while molding his chakra, sensing out the man and imbuing his chakra into his system, putting him under a genjutsu that would make his eyes blur out like he's going blind, until a world of white is all he can see, meaning even after the blinding mist subsides he will still see the same thing. As soon as the seal is done, Vegeta begins moving to his right and stops 5 meters from where he was and faces the man's direction to hear if he counters, or if his body slumps to the ground...

had just entered for fun. He did not expect anything at all. Things like these never happen to you, they always seem to happen to someone else and you can never imagine winning something so over time you forget and don't even care. The day of the lottery Ragna did not even check in like he normally does, he even forgot there was a lottery and never knew there was a drawing that day. Checking in to train and maybe battle a few people Ragna recieved a message from someone in the crowd that he won a prize #190. Thinking this must be one of those consulation prizes Ragna did not rush to obtain his prize and took his time in finding out what it was. When he found it it was the grand prize he was shocked as he saw the mob of haters moving from their previous area (where Vegeta breathed a sigh of relief), and moved to his area with their pitchforks of hatred(some of them were nice though strangely enough). He half wished they would go back to Vegeta. LOL 0_0Ragna notices the man he had just edged out in prize rank. He loved that he got the prize but hates that he had the hate transferred to him.
"Mr. Vegeta my name is Ragna though others may call me Mr.190. LOL. Don't worry I wouldn't have it any other way as I won't make it easy on you."
Seeing the man begin to spew out a thick mist Ragna knew with vision hindered it was best to go big or go home literally. He used an attack that would effect the entire Mid-long ranges so that he would be sure the man who was standing in front of him would be hit. He channeled his chakra into the ground causing it to powerfully jet up out of the ground and destroy the battlefield. Knowing the mist is a problem Ragna made six handseals and caused it to rain. The rain possesed his own chakra making it so he could sense Vegeta's chakra.

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

I don't remember off hand what numbers I had, It was like 1 and 90 or something, i won twice. I got online and just saw a bunch of congrats vm's xD
The hate was strong, these two were the only two who could understand one another's pain, and here they were, sharing their experiences thru battle. Just the way Vegeta always had, even back when he would bleed himself to sleep as a child he always saw the end result. War leads directly to peace, and the same holds true for fights.
Ragna, well it's nice to finally meet you...
As soon as the mist covers the field, Vegeta feels the ominous rumble beneath his feet indicative of earth techniques. Without wasting anytime and keeping a tab on Ragna's life energy at all times, he molds raiton chakra forming a plasma barrier around himself, disintegrating the pillars of earth that emerge beneath him and launching it forwards towards Ragna which would hit him should he continue the rain tiger, while the area's next to and behind him fill up with earthen pillars, Vegeta's area being the only area unaffected. As he releases the lightning, he quickly makes two seals while closing his eyes and begins running in an arc to the right towards Ragna, using his raiton chakra adjusting the brightness of the attack instantly, like a flash on a camera going off that lasts three seconds, so suddenly the mist would light up like the sun as the wave approaches. Vegeta then shifts direction and begins running towards behind Ragna as he draws his sword, focusing his chakra and his complete attention on moving fluidly, rapidly but muffling any sound he may make while moving as well as his presence. Blinded, and still in the mist, it would be hard to detect him. He doesn't suppress his chakra or hide it, but the technique he uses can make him virtually undetected by Ragna as Vegeta appears silently behind him, sword in right hand, channeling wind chakra thru his blade and swiping once cleanly from left to right across where Ranga's neck is, jumping back as he swipes and flicking the blood off the blade and re-sheathing it before landing, keeping a close "watch" on Ragna's life signature, if he still has one...

Ragna awaited to here any forms of Vegata’s injury from his pillars but none came. Then suddenly a light appeared in the mist as it got closer it suddenly birghtend causing everything to illuminate and blind Ragna.
“DAMN IT!”
Not knowing what was going but certain that the attack was coming straight for him Ragna lifted the ground below him up around 30 meters to buy him some time to recover his eye sight. The electric attack being weakend by the pillars as it was used to defend against it wouldn’t be able to stop the earth from rising. Being above ground Ragna shoots out smoke bombs then uses his chakra to cause the entire area beneath him to be that of a thick suffocating smokescreen. (Going 30 meters above ground moves me into long range above ground. He then created a clone of mud to his back so that he could be prepared for attacks.
“Man that guy. WELL 1 Is the loneliest number so there ha!”

Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.
(Senpuku Kemuri Kangoku no jutsu) – Blinding Smoke Screen Technique

Inside the smoke screen, targets will struggle to breathe and see with the smoke hindering their eyesight and making them unable to breathe properly. 3 turns inside the smoke screen will make the targets pass out.
Note: Can only be used by Kigiri or Smoke users

As Vegeta is rushing silently towards behind Ragna, suddenly he senses his life force rise upwards quickly, still at the same location just higher up. Still moving to behind his location, the mist becomes thickened with smoke. Vegeta quickly covers his mouth. Because of his clan abilities, he has a naturally high resistance to toxins and pathogenic matter, and while that helps, it won't protect him to prolonged exposure, so escaping before breathing much in was paramount. Escaping, or removing the smoke from around him, he wasn't sure how far this smokes reach was, but what he did know was where Ragna's life energy was, and as he approaches directly behind the earth structure, so he forms 4 seals molding raiton chakra and slams his hands to the ground, creating beneath the pillar a large pool of raiton chakra beneath the pillars entirety, erupting into a gigantic column of lightning that ravages the earthen structure toppling it back down into the mist and shocking whatever was on top. Starting to really feel the effects of the smoke, Vegeta does 4 more seals breathing in, and spins breathing out creating a solitary blade of wind encompassing him in a substantial area, and would blow away the smoke as well as the mist, and would also hit whatever was left of the earth pillar and whomever came down with it, as Vegeta breaths in fresh air trying to get his wind back...
