No, English Subs will probably come out a year after. Or sooner.

The English subs will only be added when the dvd is released in Japan - which happens next year somewhere around April, May. Then they put it on the internet (though I'd rather wait until the dvd comes out in my country, which is only a few months later or so *shrugs*)

is it in cinema's or just tv? cause if its tv cant nb just record it and sub it themselves same as they do for normal eps?

Road to ninja airs in the cinema - plus I think tv stations have to get permission to sub series. After all it's not their series, but from someone else. Not sure about that though.
