It's been a while since i posted, So i thought i'd do a review on the movie.
Contain's spoilers to Road to Ninja
First of all. The opening wasn't needed whatsoever, having watched the fight with Tobi ( I won't dwell much into who he is, since people who don't read manga don't know who he is) vs Minato, and was completely unessecary to watch it again.
Secondly. The concept behind Naruto being annoyed about not being a jouinn is a joke if you ask me, his personality shows that he wants friends and that he just likes having them around. Since there is no real indication when the Movie is set around in the anime, i couldn't really come to a conclusion. Since it's talking about Naruto saving the villiage. Probably before he learnt KM, though doesn't he still qualify for jouinn, probably the only one who could take Gaara on from the past. Only one to have learnt an S rank technique, probably X ( thoose into other games etc would understand this) due to Shiruken adaption. It doesn't make sense why this film had him wanting to become a jouinn. Makes no sense whatsoever if you think about it.
Thirdly, where it starts to get weird is when Tobi appears to lock Naruto and Sakura into his ultimate plan (i forgot the name of the justu) limited version. Though i thought from the anime and the manga that the justu controls people, not shows ones desires...Hence where did he get a ball to represent the occurence of what would happen in the justu? The Juubi? Thought he didn't have the all the beasts. Confused out my mind here. Aswell as that, according to the movie, Thoose reincarnated akastaui before the justu are dead. So how does he have a plan to extract the kyuubi without an alive Pain?
Got to admit, the reunion with his dad was lovely bubbley, though could have been more heartfelt.
For the most part, it was really nice, then came the final part.
Fifthly. This masked man appreantly resembles naruto yet seems to have all the SO6P's justu's, so is it just me. Or is the movie thinking ahead that Naruto's ancestry / blood gets mixed with Sasuke, to form and unlock the Rinnegan? Yet within the fight with the masked man, after the mask was broken. None of the SO6P's skills were used. So it made it a one sided fight. Completely.
Sixthly. The Kyuubi tells Naruto he is fighting the Full charka of the 9 tails, yet he only has the Yang engery ( or Yin, im not willing to look it up for a simple mistake) and he seems to literally stomp the fight, im confused. How can half the charka of the kyuubi beat a full on kyuubi?
It was an okay movie. Blood Prision imo was better, i'd give it a 6/10.
