Does naruto still have kurama in him in this movie? or is it in his mother?

Without Kurama Naruto would be strong as hell.
His Base Chakra/Chakra controll would increase and he could fuse with ma and pa.

I think its Naruto from our timeline placed in the Alternate Timeline such as in Road to Sakura the Alternate got placed in the real world while the Real one gets placed in the Alternate because both Sakura and Naruto were both approached by Tobi when he did the Limited Tsukyomi

So I think he does have Kurama
