Just finished watching it and it was awesome! I loved it because it had emotional meaning to it. The people who didn't like it were the people who only read/see this is for the fights. Great movie.

Is road to ninja worth watching?
I've been contemplating whether I should watch the new movie or not. Many people have said that it doesn't live up to all the hype and that it's not all that good. I wanted to know if it's really still worth watching despite this.

You should watch it
you get to see Naruto spend time with his family xD theres some epic fights too! Well i thought it would be much better than it is but seems not xD it is worth watching tho.

Alot of people were complaining that it sucked, so when I watched it I had very low expectations. What I got was utter astonishment as to why people thought it wasn't a good movie. In fact I thought it was the best movie so far.
Sure it isn't the most action pack movie, but thats not to say there isn't some epic fights in it. For once the story actually made sense and had some relevance to the canon storyline (you could tell that kishi influenced the production heavily). Its a very interesting and at times emotionally captivating movie. The best part is that it doesn't involve some completely random storyline that ends with the bad guy magically transforming into some random monster. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys naruto for more then just flashy jutsu and big explosions.

Its one of those typical movies that was hyped up so much that it was nearly impossible to reach that hype.The animation is the worst one yet, people say the film is somewhat cannon just because Kishimoto helped with the film.I can point out one main flaw in where this film supposedly took place in.
The only good thing about the film is the touching Naruto bits, the rest was meh.Fight scenes wasn't even good.

In my opinion its worth it, I personally loved the movie and thought it was the best one yet.
I have watched it a few times and I would still watch it if only the quality was better and ads didn't pop up during the movie. (I downloaded a pretty crappy copy so i'm waiting for the Japanese one to be dubbed not the Korean.)
