If it's the movie that Kishi wrote, then no. Kishi has said he would not reveal Kakashi's face because he didn't want to disappoint the fans because they would have high expectations. xd

It's because Kakashi has no face. Kishi probably never even thought one up and drew an actual face for him. Plus its like a trade mark
