In the NarutoVerse, and in the RP, the Sharingan (or Copy Wheel Eye) is a visual Kekkei Genkai and is known as one of the three great Dojutsu along with the Byakugan and Rinnigan. This dojutsu, belonging to the legendary Uchiha clan, originated all the way back to the Sage of Six Paths's mother; Kakuya Otsutsuki and eventually Indra, the Sage's elder son.
Like the Byakugan (to some extent), the user is able to see chakra sources. On the other hand, the Sharingan's main abilities breaks down into three parts. The first, being the insight eye, grants the user visual clarity and the capability to recognize different forms of chakra; especially genjutsu. Along with this, they are able have predictive capabilities which are utilized to see the image of an attacker's next move from the movement in their body and counterattack or dodge perfectly. The second part, allows the user to memorize and mimic any technique that uses hand seals (with the exception of special techniques like Ice, Lava & Steel Release). The third, and final part, is the ability to induce any opponent into Hypnosis (as seen used on a tailed beast) or Genjutsu.

The Sharingan has several stages, each one stronger than the previous one, obtained through continued use and training, up to the mastery and maximum of three tomoes. In special cases, one might even evolve into a Mangekyo Sharingan or Eternal Mangekyo.
One Tomoe: It allows the user to perceive motions and see chakra. When active the user now has the ability to track speeds that would only be seen by a higher ranked, more experienced ninja. They also gain the ability to see through visual D rank genjutsu and can follow the movement of most taijutsu moves done by normal Shinobi.
Two Tomoe: It allows the user to perceive motions as well as be able to copy the motions perceived as long as he is able to perform them physically. The user can now anticipate and analyze faster movement, as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. The user can now track higher speeds and, by reading the hand seals, and can predict to some extent the use of Ninjutsu techniques. The user is now able to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.
Three Tomoe: It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions. When active the user now has the ability to keep up with extremely high speeds and mimic basic taijutsu exactly. With this the user can now copy hand seals done by an opponent, and use jutsus as they do as long as he's able to perform them. The user can now pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. Unlike the previous two sharingan stages this level has the ability to hypnotize a target.
Mangekyo: The Mangekyo Sharingan, is the second highest known form of Sharingan (having being awakened after killing someone close or seeing one die), feared by many as one of the strongest KG of the Ninja World. The appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differentiating from the normal tomoe, with the MS's shape differing from user to user. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the third stage Sharingan. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increases. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual genjutsu A rank and below. The link to Genjutsu is further increased and, if the user has gained full mastery over Genjutsu, he gains the ability to cast any and every genjutsu without the need for Handseals through simple eye contact. Also, the Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to powerful and forbidden techniques, unique to each user. Extended use of the Mangekyo Sharingan after some time, deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Once the side effects of it's use take place, complete blindness will come in a matter of time.
Eternal Mangekyo: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, is the highest known form of Sharingan, said to be feared as the strongest doujutsu. The appearance of the pupil drastically changes, differing from the users original MS pupil and takes on the shape that combines both his and his brothers MS pupils. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the MS. Death punches his student twice one being in the stomach with his left hand and then using his right fist to do the second punch launching his student into the air. Death then jumps and appears above his student and punches his student towards the ground while disabling his with a large shuriken. Before you hit the ground Death delivers several powerful blows while spinning drilling you into the ground.

When Obito would finish speaking, he just barely notices Death appear before him. -Nani!?- As his sensei's hand would drive into his gut, he squints his only right eye with pain and gives out a quick, but very short exhale, indicating he lost his breath. Before he could catch his breath, Tobi feels a strong uppercut being rammed up and into his jaw and causes to cough up a little blood as he is sent up into the air. While aerial, he thinks back to night where Rin died by Kakashi's hand. -Rin.. I couldn't protect you. I was helpless, just like how I am now..- Before he could finish his thoughts, Obito his punched strongly in the gut which sends him back heading towards the ground. As he's falling, he feels a painful, stinging in his left shoulder; right when the large shuriken pierces him. The pain he feels from this beating sparks a flame within him as his sensei drills him into the grassy ground below. Still having the strength to move, he slowly removes the shuriken and rolls over to the right to get back on his feet. Obito smirks, "Heh, is that all you got? After getting rid of Kakashi..." He points towards Death himself and gives off a cold glare, "...I'm coming after you next."

As Obito would finish speaking, he feels a burning, numbing sensation in his chin and soon the rest of his body; right when Death uppercut him in the jaw once again. *Gak!* While he is falling back to the ground, and in rage and feeling humiliated after taking a quick but gruesome beating, he thinks to himself. -Forget Kakashi, I'm taking him down now!- As Obito crashes down to the ground, he slowly get's back up. Standing and breathing rapidly, he takes off his mask and reveals his face, before quickly weaving a horse and seal and manipulates his chakra into fire. "Katon: Gōka Mekkyak..." Before he could finish, he is brought to his knees due to the pain and numbness of that last attack. He glares at Death, just waiting for another beating to occur.

As you get up Death notices a change in your eyes. He sees your eyes become red with a tomoe on them.
